In chiropractic, like many other business, there are times where everything you do is perfect and your practice is exploding, and at other times, nothing seems to go right.
Is it you? Your patients? Your staff? Your office? The insurance companies?
In my experience as a doctor of chiropractic and as a chiropractic coach, "We Get What We Focus On." When you are up, your practice is up. When your mind is cluttered, your desk is cluttered. When you are feeling unworthy, your bank balance will prove you right. Practices follow people.
There are many things you can do to change your focus and keep your practice running efficiently. If you are spending all of your time thinking about keeping your practice afloat, you will never be able to grow your practice because you won't be focusing any of your time or energy on taking the steps needed to improve. You need to focus on the things that you want to happen and take the steps needed to get there.
The first step to controlling your focus is to recognize that you need to shift it in the first place. You'll need to identify which areas of your practice need improvement and focus on each of those areas one at a time. It can be hard to be objective about your practice and your life which is where an experienced chiropractic coach can be invaluable.
Focus on what you want and go after it. We can help get you were you want to be. Join us at The Fundamentals of Focus June 11-13th to get started! It's not about surviving, it's about succeeding!
